Threw this one together on the plane.... (best 7 hours ever....NOT!)
Yukon Denali, slammed, outrageous flamed paint, custom front valance and bumper cover, clean shave on the handles and emblems.... judicious re-use of rims from another project.... (hey, I was on a plane!)
Wanted to do something different, but still keep the customized SUV feel. Has a real muscle car/road racing feel (stance is everything, right?)
To be different, I drew this freehand, entirely in Illustrator (hence the minor screw-up near the rear bumper), with only a magazine ad for reference sitting on my lap.
Really proud of this one, can't wait to hear your thoughts!

wow man cool! i wish i was as productive on the flight i just go off... the side graphics are damn sweet!!! the lights and foggy holders look excellent! the window shines on this have a great harsh style to them. do you use brushes or are each side of the line drawn? coz i am lovin this style bra! i cant believe how consitantly good these look!

Thanks! No brushes on this one at all..... everything was freeehanded with the pen tool..... I had a GMC ad laying on my lap, and just let my brain fly away.... Thanks for the compliment on the side flame graphics!! I had the idea, and just had to crank it out.
As for being productive in-flight.... had boring people next to me, and no money for drinks..... so I figured WTF, make a cool truck. Oh, I just rhymed. Hooray for me.

Can't get enough of the front grille and headlights, it looks really mean yet has a real smooth and slick style to it. Quite impressed with that actually, the light clusters are really well done. :)
